If I purchased a package for the Grand Prix of Long Beach will I be refunded?
The Grand Prix of Long Beach event, originally scheduled for April 17-19, has been canceled due to the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (Covid-19). The safety and well-being of our guests is of paramount concern to us. If you purchased a corral package, your ticket purchase will be refunded in full without further action required from you. Due to anticipated volume, it may take several business days to process refunds, depending on your financial institution.
Do I have to pre-register online, or can I register when I arrive at the event?
All guests of the Cadillac V-Performance Car Corral must purchase a ticket package prior to the event. Ticket packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
What does my ticket package include?
Single ticket packages include race entry for two guests, Cadillac Hospitality, and parking. Your ticket package will include an event schedule, map, parking directions, and information on how to access the Cadillac Hospitality area.
Am I allowed to bring a guest?
Yes. A single ticket package is good for 1 person, plus 1 guest.
Does my child require a ticket to get into the race?
Each track has specific guidelines on track entry for children. Please refer to the individual track websites for complete details.
Does my child require a ticket to enter the Cadillac Hospitality area?
Children wishing to enter the Cadillac Hospitality area are required to have a hospitality pass and be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Please contact (800) 929-5230 if you require additional details.
Is there a deadline to purchase a ticket package?
Ticket packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and often sell out. It’s best to order early while supplies last.
Is there a ticket package cancellation policy?
If you purchased a ticket package by mistake or are no longer able to attend, please reach out by clicking CONTACT US.
Is my ticket package transferable?
While ticket packages are intended for the package purchaser, we can accommodate the transfer of tickets to another party. Please click CONTACT US with your request, so we may properly register any new attendee(s).
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent via FedEx the Monday prior to the event weekend. If you would like to receive your tickets via another delivery method or require them to be left at will call, please click CONTACT US and submit your request. All tickets will be delivered to the address provided at purchase. No P.O. Boxes please!
When will I receive my tickets?
Your ticket package(s) will arrive no later than the Wednesday prior to the event weekend.
Do I have to own a V-Series vehicle to park in the Cadillac Car Corral?
No. Parking in the Cadillac Car Corral is reserved for owners of any Cadillac vehicle. Please follow the Cadillac V-Performance Car Corral directional signs and a Corral attendant will direct you to the designated parking area.
Do I have to arrive in my Cadillac vehicle to park in the Cadillac V-Performance Car Corral?
Yes. If you own a Cadillac but do not plan to use your parking pass, please let us know by clicking CONTACT US. Guests who drive a non-Cadillac to the event may be directed to an alternate parking area based on availability. Alternate parking areas are at no additional cost to Cadillac ticket package holders.
Do I have to own a Cadillac to purchase tickets?
No, all are welcome. However, parking in the Cadillac Car Corral is reserved for Cadillac owners only.
What time should I plan to arrive?

Do I need to present identification at the track?
It is always advisable to bring a valid driver’s license to the race in the event you’d like to participate in any driving activities offered at an individual track. On-track driving activities may also require proof of vehicle insurance. A photo ID may also be required to verify ticket registration or purchase alcoholic beverages when and where available.
Are there any opportunities to drive my car on the track?
At select events, guests of Cadillac may receive the opportunity to participate in a Parade Lap. To learn more, visit the RACES section of this website and click the DETAILS button under the event you are interested in attending.
If I am attending an event where I will be driving, do I need to present identification?
If you intend to participate in a Corral Parade Lap, please make sure to bring a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to the event. You will also be required to sign a track safety waiver and must be present for the mandatory safety briefing prior to participation. Please note, there is a ZERO TOLERANCE alcohol policy set by each track for anyone participating in a Parade Lap. Guests who will be driving may be subject to breathalyzers prior to participation.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of the event?
The Cadillac Hospitality area and V-Performance Car Corral will be open rain or shine. However, Cadillac is subject to the individual weather policies of each track and will adhere to their guidelines in the event of severe weather.
Will there be food and refreshments during the event?
Yes, guests of the Cadillac Car Corral will receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks as well as non-alcoholic refreshments throughout the day.
What is the alcohol policy during race event weekend?
Each track has specific guidelines and policies regarding the consumption and sale of alcohol which all guests must adhere to. That said, alcohol will be available for sale at the track and at select events and days in the Cadillac Racing Hospitality Suite. Please note: there is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy set by the track for anyone participating in a Parade Lap. Guests who will be driving may be subject to breathalyzers prior to participation.
Will there be restrooms available at the track?
Yes, restrooms are located at various locations near the track for use throughout the day. Cadillac will also have private restrooms at some event locations.
Is there a dress code?
While there is no mandatory dress code, it is advisable to arrive “track ready.” Dress comfortably. Long pants and closed-toe shoes (such as sneakers) with plenty of support are recommended. Sandals or open-toe shoes are not permitted if you will be attending an on-track event where you intend to drive. Make sure to bring layers during colder climate race events and always have rain gear on hand. Lastly, remember to bring your sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen.

Will Cadillac pay for any of my travel costs?
Unfortunately no. You will be responsible for your personal travel costs to and from each event.

There are a wide variety of lodging options in each of the race event markets. It’s best to refer to the individual track website of the event you’re attending for their suggestions on lodging. Please note, hotels are subject to availability and book up quick so it’s best to reserve early.
